We are pleased to announce this year’s Workshop on Optically Pumped Magnetometers (WOPM 2026), which will take place in person at the Beijing International Convention Center (BICC) in Beijing, China, on August 21-22, 2026.
WOPM 2026 will cover all aspects of optically pumped magnetometer (OPM) research and development, and with WOPM taking place adjacent to BIOMAG2026 there will be an emphasis on applications of OPMs to biomagnetism. Additionally, there are symposia, oral presentations, and poster presentations on OPMs planned at Biomag, optimizing the synergies between the two meetings. We encourage the WOPM community to submit relevant contributions to Biomag as well. However, please do not duplicate content in WOPM and Biomag.

Submisson of abstracts will be as an e-mail attachment to the following mail address: wopm2026@ptb.de.

Upon receiving an abstract a submission notice will be sent back by e-mail.

The submission deadline for WOPM 2026 will be 1 June 2026.

The WOPM 2026 registration will be through the BIOMAG2026 registration tab.
